Hi Lima! I'm excited to join the community as your weekend anchor and weekday reporter. Before moving to Lima in January 2011, I spent two and a half years at a TV station in Rockford, Illinois.
I grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana, but was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, so I'm a cheesehead at heart! I graduated from Ball State University with my bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and an emphasis in News.
I was bitten by the news bug at an early age. As a kid, I loved watching the news every night. I got my first anchoring gig in 5th grade; it was at my school doing the morning announcements. In high school, I interned at FOX 59 in Indianapolis, then in college I had internships at WRTV 6 in Indianapolis and at WREX in Rockford, Illinois, where I was then hired after graduation.
One thing you should know about me is that I'm a huge sports fan! I'll watch any sport, but my favorite is football. Being from Green Bay, I'm a die-hard Packer fan. I also love to play tennis, and I'm an avid runner.
I also have a passion for traveling. I spent a summer during college studying in Germany, and I've traveled all around Europe and Australia. Every trip has provided memories that I won't soon forget.
