Luncheon Tuna Bake

1 6-ounce can tuna
1 cup Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
1 cup Hellmann's Light mayonnaise
3/4 cup milk
6 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup sliced stuffed olives
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper


1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/4 cup finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Cooking Directions:

1) Break tuna into chunks; mix with stuffing mix, mayonnaise, milk, eggs, onion, olives, salt and pepper.

2) Spoon into 1½-quart casserole.

3) Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top.

4) Bake in 325ºF oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

Recipe makes 6 servings.
