3 cooked Balsamic Pork Chops, thinly sliced8 slices Italian bread1/2 cup purchased pesto4 1-ounce slices Provolone cheeseOlive oil
Cooking Directions:1) Spread 1 tablespoon pesto on each slice of bread.
2) Top four slices of bread with sliced pork chops and cheese
3) Top each sandwich with remaining bread.
4) Lightly brush outer surface of sandwiches with olive oil
5) Grill in a medium hot skillet until toasted on each side.
