1 cup chopped smoked turkey or ham 1 cup Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix 1 cup mayonnaise 3/4 cup milk 6 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped 1/3 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup sliced stuffed olives 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Topping: 1/2 cup Stuffing Mix 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1) In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise and milk until well blended.
2) Stir in the remaining ingredients except topping crumbs and cheese.
3) Place ingredients into a 2 1/2-quart glass casserole.
4) Top with stuffing mix and cheese. Bake in 325ºF oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
