Turkey Stir-Fry Salad

1/4 cup Sesame Ginger Stir-Fry sauce
4 cups cut-up assorted fresh vegetables
3/4 lb boneless turkey breast, cut into strips
1/2 cup chopped cashews
2 Tablespoons Sesame Ginger Stir-Fry sauce
1 bag (8 oz.) mixed salad greens (6 cups)


1) In a large non-stick skillet, stir-fry the vegetables approximately 3-4 minutes.

2) Add the turkey strips and stir-fry and additional 5 minutes or until the turkey is cooked.

3) Add the cashews and additional stir-fry sauce.

4) Divide and serve over 4 plates of salad greens.

Each serving is approximately 330 calories.
