7 egg whites1 cup sugar1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped1 cup dark chocolate chips1 cup shredded coconutWhipped cream, banana slices and mint leaves
1) Heat the oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the egg whites, sugar, graham cracker crumbs, pecans, chocolate chips and coconut. Stir well to combine.
2) Pour mixture into an unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-38 minutes, or until glossy and set.
3) Cool on a baking rack.
4) When ready to serve, top with whipped cream, banana slices and a sprig of mint.
Each serving is approximately 450 calories.
