4 4-6 ounce chicken breasts1/4 teaspoon cumin4 teaspoons black sesame seeds1 tablespoon margarine1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped1 16-ounce jar salsa
1) Pound chicken breasts and sprinkle with cumin and sesame seeds.
2) In a medium-sized skillet, melt the margarine and sauté chicken breasts for 4-6 minutes or until the internal temperature reach 165 degrees.
3) In a small bowl, combine jarred salsa and chopped apples.
4) Serve over each chicken breast.
