2 pounds ground turkey2 large eggs, lightly beaten1 cup dry bread crumbs1/3 cup catsup2 tablespoons dry onion flakes2 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes½ teaspoon pepper1 16-ounce can jellied cranberry sauce1 cup catsup3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1) Combine ground turkey, eggs, bread crumbs, 1/3 cup catsup, onion flakes, soy sauce, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
2) Shape into 35 meatballs (about 1½ inches).
3) Combine jellied cranberry sauce, 1 cup catsup, brown sugar and lemon juice in saucepan; cook over low heat until smooth, stirring occasionally.
4) Pour over meatballs.
5) Bake, uncovered, in a 350F. degrees oven for 1 hour.
