3 cups cut-up rotisserie chicken, left over turkey or canned turkey2 cups sliced celery1/4 cup chopped onion1 cup Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise1/2 cup milk or half/half cream1/2 teaspoon kosher salt1/4 teaspoon pepper8 ounces shredded Swiss cheese2 cups toasted whole wheat bread cubes, divided1/2 cup sliced almonds
1) Combine ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup bread cubes and almonds for topping; mix well.
2) Spoon into 2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with topping.
3) Bake at 325 degrees for about 40-45 minutes or until bubbly and topping is golden brown.
