HOBY kids learn leadership through community service

High school sophomores from all over northwest Ohio are developing their leadership skills at Ohio Northern University and giving something back to the Ada community.
The students attending the HOBY or Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Seminar this week... performed community service, like washing fire trucks at the Ada fire department. Matt Lambdin Leadership Seminar chair says the students are putting into action what they've learned during the week.
Laura Dulin, an incoming junior at Kenton high school is one of the young people from northwest Ohio who participated in the HOBY program this week. She says she's learned much from it.
This is the third year that HOBY has helped with various projects in the Ada and McGuffey areas.
