Lincolnview school bus catches fire

A Lincolnview school bus with nearly 40 students on board catches fire this morning. It happened as the bus driver was southbound on Slane Rd. just south of U.S. 224 in Van Wert county.
When firefighters arrived, bus #7 had large amounts of smoke coming from the vehicle and flames were seen in the passenger compartment near the engine area.  
Two of the 37 students on the bus were taken to a local hospital for evaluation for possible smoke inhalation. A second bus was brought in to continue to transport the students to the Lincolnview complex just east of Van Wert.
