In a large saucepan, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove diced bacon and brown the ground turkey in the drippings. Add the onions and seasonings. Drain off any excess drippings or liquid. Add the beans and bacon to the pan. Reduce heat to low and simmer the beans for 10 minutes. Add the corn kernels and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Serve and sprinkle with a small amount of cheddar cheese. Makes 6 servings as a main dish or 8-10 as a side dish.
