   Wapakoneta city council is considering whether to extend the length of time a member can serve. Council sent on to second reading a resolution changing both the terms of the council president and the other council members.
   If council ultimately agrees, Wapakoneta city voters would have to approve the changes on the November ballot.
At-large councilman Tom Finklemeier Jr. says having the longer terms just makes sense.
