Allen County -
With the March primaries inching closer, candidates are taking every opportunity to get their messages out to voters.
Tuesday evening, Democratic candidates had their chance for more face time as Allen County held their annual Democratic spring dinner.
Your News Now had a chance to speak with several candidates including Judge Fanon Rucker who is one of the Democratic nominees running for Ohio Supreme Court.
He says if elected he believes his experiences coming into the position will serve the community well.
Challenging the position currently held by Republican Congressman, Jim Jordan, is Democratic candidate, Jim Sloan. He says he knows what it takes for democrats to take back the office positions currently held by Republicans.
The primary election is March 6th.
