LIMA, OHIO -
A 34 year old Lima man accused of engaging in sexual activities with a 13 year old takes a plea deal.
Robert Garcia changing his plea to guilty, to reduced charges in Allen County Common Pleas Court.
Garcia was originally charged with two counts of unlawful sexual misconduct and one count of sexual imposition.
Instead, Garcia pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted sexual misconduct.
Garcia will be sentenced in April. He faces a prison term of six to 18 months on each count.
Prosecutors say the alleged victim is a friend of Garcia's daughter who stayed at his home multiple times.
