Ohio nursing home and assisted living facility residents report continued and increasing satisfaction with the quality of their care the Ohio Department of Aging released survey scores of what residents think statewide. Ohio nursing home residents gave their facilities an overall satisfaction rate of 87.1. Assisted living residents gave their providers a score of 92.3. The highest score locally is Roselawn Manor's residential care facility in Spencerville. They scored a 98.9 number five in the state. Residents consider it their home and employees family.
Resident Violet Ashton said, "I think the apartment is very homey and the people have been very, very nice to me. They couldn't be any better I don't think."
"Being new to this type of service with the assisted living it was just amazing to show exactly the wonderful care that the staff do give to those individuals and really do respect their needs and their wishes that they would like." said Roselawn Manor Administrator Shanna Holland.
