Republicans across the country including those who represent Ohio now look at what's next as the GOP appears to have its nominee for the presidential election.
All eyes are on Mitt Romney now after Rick Santorum announced yesterday he's suspending his campaign for president. U.S. Congressman Jim Jordan says Americans have proved they want Romney to face President Obama in the fall.
Jordan says Romney is a good choice and thinks the former Massachusetts governor is in a good position to win the presidency.
"Here's a guy who knows how to turn things around and be successful and frankly I think Americans are going to say we could do a whole lot worse than a business guy in the White House right now. Someone who has experience running companies, taking companies that were headed in the wrong direction and turning them around. That's exactly what we need to have for the country," Rep. Jim Jordan, said.
Romney is now mending fences within the party. He says we'll see the Republican Party more united this election than you have in a long time.
