Learning the "In's and Out's" of the criminal justice system is the goal of the Allen County Sheriff's Office Citizen's Academy.
Tonight's session marked the final one for retiring Allen County Common Pleas Court Judge Richard Warren. He was honored for his service in helping everyday people understand how the courts work.
The Citizen's Academy meets about three and a half hours one night a week for eleven weeks.

There are three classes left in the Citizen's Academy.
Another group of students will get their chance in March of next year.
