Neighborhoods clean up for City Wide Pride weekends

It's time to clean up Lima. Residents took advantage of the City Wide Pride Clean Up which started Saturday.

Over at the Trinity United Methodist Church parking lot, people could drop off almost anything, provided they could prove they were a Lima resident.

The Heart of Lima neighborhood association received help from people living at the Lima YMCA Annex.

Safety Patrol Captain for The Heart of Lima, Michael Birchfield says it feels good to help clean up Lima.

Next Saturday, dumpsters will be placed at Martin Luther King Junior Park, the St. Gerard's School parking lot and Meat City on east Kibby.
