Experience counts when it comes to education and Lima City Schools tonight recognized those staff members who have put in significant time to help educate our youth.
Twenty nine staff members of Lima City Schools were honored tonight.
Eight members have served for 20 years, 11 have served for 25 years, 6 have served for 30 years and 4 have 35 years of service.
Superintendent Karel Oxley, who is retiring this summer after 40 years of education says these fine people are committed to helping our youth reach their educational goals.
