The Lakewood West Neighborhood Association will be participating in the City Wide Pride Clean-Up Event this Saturday, May 19, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon
The Association will host a dumpster in the 1700 block of Spencerville Road just West of the corner of Spencerville and Woodlawn. Those bringing trash should take a driver's license or utility bill to prove residency.
The Association cannot accept appliances or large furniture residents should place these at the curb during their regular pick-up days. Tree limbs, brush or shrubbery should be taken to the mulching site at the Collett Street recreation area. Tires, with a limit of 10 per resident, will be accepted from city residents at Central Services, 900 S. Collett Street. Household hazardous waste along with car batteries will not be accepted.
