WAPAKONETA, OH -
Both sides continue to argue over search warrants in the case of an Indiana man arrested after a 2011 house fire left one man dead in Auglaize County.
52 year old Robby Barnett is charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Jeffrey Aldrich.
Aldrich's trailer east of Wapak went up in flames back in may of last year.
Barnett's attorney questioned officers over the search of his client's home in Russell's Point and whether a warrant was obtained based on probable cause.
Visiting Judge Sumner Walters also heard about a doctor's belief that burns found on Barnett's hands were chemical in nature.
Investigators believe Barnett was involved with a meth lab in the Wapak house that sparked the blaze.
He is also charged with two counts of illegal manufacture of drugs.
