Your News Now getting word of at least one person crossing the Husky picket line and returning to work.
Union President Mike Edelbrock confirming that indeed one person did cross the picket line.
The strike has entered its 19th day of the strike for the over 200 members of United Steelworkers Local 624.
Edelbrock says the union member who did cross the picket line was a newer employee and chose not to become a member of the union.
Despite not being a part of the union the worker is still protected by the union.
Husky spokesman Mel Duval has confirmed that letters have been sent to union members. He says employees have expressed information on what their options are concerning whether they can return to work.
The letter advises them of their rights.
Meanwhile contract negotiations have been scheduled for Thursday between the union and the company, which broke off last Wednesday.
