Tragedy at Rally in the Square

An evening of fun and music, in downtown Lima, ends in tragedy. Just after 9pm Friday, a car crashed into a crowd gathered in Lima's town square, for the weekly Rally in the Square.

As of late Friday, no exact numbers on injured, or how serious the injuries are. The scene is still under investigation.
