The Allen Metropolitan Housing Authority's Executive Director now has company related to a falsification charge filed by the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation.

According to the Lima Municipal Court website, MHA Secretary Cheryl Lawson is now facing two charges. One is falsification related to a worker's comp claim filed for an injury on the job. There is also a charge of "workers' compensation fraud" related to giving false information during the investigation.

We told you on Thursday that MHA Director Anna Schnippel faces a falsification charge that is reportedly related to Lawson's claim. Schnippel's charge is also a first degree misdemeanor. Schnippel is due in court for arraignment at 2 pm on Monday. Lawson is scheduled for 2 pm Tuesday the 26th.
