A not guilty plea from a Lima teenager accused of calling in a bomb threat that caused the evacuation of Lima Senior High School back on March 6th.

He was arraigned on two separate counts out of a grand jury indictment earlier this month.
He entered a not guilty plea to one count of inducing panic and to one count of vandalism.
If convicted he could face up to 8 years for the inducing panic charge and 12 months for the vandalism charge.
Bond was not set today and a pretrial is scheduled for July 18th.
17 year old Miner was bound over from juvenile court to be tried as an adult.
