The sound of chainsaws rang out in many Findlay neighborhoods Saturday as residents started cleaning up after Friday's storm.
But for some, dealing with the mess, the heat, and no electricity is bringing them here.....to an American Red Cross shelter set up at the senior center on E. Melrose Ave.
The Pete Hughes family sought help after the heat became too much.
Two of the family members have medical conditions.
Hughes says they were only expecting to stay for a few hours.
Thousands of residents in Findlay remain without power as high winds toppled trees and power lines throughout the city.
