Midwest Electric posted this on Facebook.

At 6pm Monday we're down to 300 members out and aim to have nearly all back on by 10pm tonight!
The bulk are rural Van Wert/Venedocia/Elgin.
There may be a handful of individual outages after tonight, particularly where the member has to repair their own equipment before we can energize it (ie, ripped masthead, broken meter pole, etc).
Thank you very much for your patience and understanding

As 11:00 they told us that all customers on their grid had been fully restored.
