First this week, Lima police are searching for 41 year old Kevin Hill. He is 5 foot 5 inches tall and 140 lbs. Mr. Hill was convicted of multiple crimes from possession of drug paraphernalia to resisting arrest. He was sentenced to community control but has failed to comply with the terms of his conviction.
Next, officers are trying to find 42 year old Tonya Owens. She is 6 foot tall and 240 lbs. Ms. Owens was convicted of theft and ordered to report to jail in late June. She has since failed to report and there is a an active warrant for her arrest.
Finally this week, authorities would like to find 24 year old Charles Manning. He is 6 foot 2 inches tall and 150 lbs. Mr. Manning is wanted for his involvement with a burglary of a residence in the downtown area.
