AEP Ohio's latest storm update has been posted to aepohio.com. Following

GAHANNA, Ohio – As of 9:30 p.m., AEP Ohio has restored power to
approximately 84 percent of the 660,000 customers affected by the
catastrophic storm that moved through the state June 29. Approximately
554,000 of the customers left without power June 29 now have service. In
central Ohio, approximately 21,000 remain without power in Franklin County
and 17,000 in Licking County.


GAHANNA, Ohio –Through our rebuilding efforts, AEP Ohio has restored power
to approximately 82 percent of the approximately 660,000 customers
affected by the catastrophic storm that moved through the state June 29
and the additional 20,000 who lost power in the July 1 evening storm.

As of 5 p.m. today, approximately 543,000 of the customers left without
power June 29 now have service.

Approximately 117,000 AEP Ohio customers remain without power.

Be advised that the pinpoint inset on the district maps is restoration times for AEP Ohio.  Western Ohio is still on track to be restored by 23:59 July 7.

The majority of the customers still without power are located in the
central and southeastern Ohio Columbus, Newark and Athens service areas.
These areas include Athens, Fairfield, Franklin, Jackson, Licking, Meigs,
Muskingum and Washington counties.

In central Ohio, approximately 22,000 remain without power in Franklin
County and 17,000 in Licking County.
