Country Concert big hit despite heat

Jane Keaton from Boonville, Alabama has been coming to Country Concert for the past 17 years.

She stays with her sister who lives on Lake Loramie.

It's a combination family reunion, country music happening.

Keaton, admittedly "old school country", isn't as familiar with these younger acts.

This is the 33rd year for Country Concert, which started as an anniversary party for owner Mike Barhorst and his wife.

Barhorst says the economic impact of the event grows every year.

The venue has been a launching pad for many performers who went on to bigger things and because of that relationship, the big names come back from time to time.
