The old adage about the "bigger the boy the bigger the toys" might be true.
Enthusiasts who like to fly radio controlled model planes descended on Celina this weekend for the 21st annual Celina Flying Sportsmen Big Bird Fly-In.
There were a variety of planes taking to the skies west of Celina at Bunge Park, which is where the organization flies out of. R.C. pilots from around Ohio and surrounding states got a chance to show off their acrobatic skills.
Club president Jim Behr says flying radio controlled planes can be an expensive hobby, but it doesn't have to be.
The Celina Flying Sportsmen Club meets every Wednesday night from six to nine during the summer months at Bunge park and they're always looking for new members.
