The Summer Moon Festival in Wapakoneta wrapped up on Sunday, but not before the Armstrong Air and Space Museum could create some fun for visiting families. Outside of the museum, event organizers set up space inflatables for the kids, fired model rockets for the adults and held both male and female vintage baseball games.
With hundreds of people making their way to the Armstrong Museum this weekend, business sales are up, with more than 500 people touring the museum on Saturday alone. Wrapping up the Summer Moon Festival, museum management looks to continue their visitor appreciation later this year with special guests, movie showings and even an event revolving around Star Wars.
