Already behind bars for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor a former Lima City school teacher is back in court Monday on similar charges.
31 year old Whitney Chiles was arraigned on 8 counts stemming from a grand jury indictment.
Appearing via video Chiles entered a not guilty plea to all 8 counts.
She is charged with 4 counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and 4 counts of sexual battery and could face up to 3 years in prison for each count if convicted.
Chiles is currently serving a four year prison sentence out of the Hardin County Common Pleas Court being sentenced there in April of this year after a plea agreement in a sexual misconduct charge.
Allen County Prosecutor Juergen Waldick has confirmed with Your News Now that these charges stem from alleged involvement with another minor different than the 15 year old boy in the Hardin County case.
Chiles is scheduled for a pre trial this Thursday at 8 am.
