A former CEO jailed for harassment of a former female employee, has pleaded guilty to new charges.
Robert Fishbein pleaded guilty to violation of a protection order for making contact with the woman he harassed and was arrested for. Fishbein is currently serving a three year sentence after pleading guilty to intimidation of a witness, 4 counts of telecommunications and a misdemeanor telephone harassment charge for harassing one of his former employees of I & K Distributing when he was in charge.
Van Wert County Judge Charles Steele sentenced Fishbein to 180 days in jail which will run concurrent with the sentence he is serving. If Fishbein tries to make contact with the woman again he could face felony charges.
