The 63 day long strike at Husky Lima Refinery is taking another turn and it may not be a positive for either side.
United Steelworkers Local 624 President Mike Edelbrock reports that workers on the picket lines are being approached about taking other jobs.
Edelbrock says a couple of workers have moved to the Ethanol plant in Lima, others are looking at Procter and Gamble.
He says they may take a pay cut but they also may get away from doing shift work.
It's also not just local companies, Mississippi and Florida companies have been here recruiting.
The refinery in Toledo is also advertising for jobs.
As far as contract talks, Edelbrock says because recent talks were going nowhere, they've stepped back and taken a break, but hope to get back to the table next week.
Their international leadership still looking at some of the companies proposals.
Edelbrock confirms one more person has crossed the picket line, bringing the total to 17.
