Word comes late Tuesday that Husky Energy and striking United Steelworkers Local 624 will be going back to the negotiating table.
The two sides last talked on July 17th and it will another week before they talk again.
The next negotiating session has been set for Tuesday, August 7th.
After three hours of talks on the 17th, U-S-W president Mike Edelbrock said talks were regressing and it was time to step back and take a break to study company proposals.
He says they emailed the company and next Tuesday is the earliest they can talk again.
Local 624 has been on strike since May 25th, affecting more than 200 workers.
