LIMA, OHIO -
It was "one stop" time at Rhodes State College Thursday.
The event is a special recruitment day for students who plan to start classes later this month.
More and more colleges like Rhodes State are turning to the "one stop" approach where students can avoid separate sign-up's for admissions, financial aid, and classes and get it all done at one time.
Rhodes officials say it just makes sense to make the process more convenient.
Most colleges have adapted to the changing college student, many of whom are returning to school after many years.
So those on hand appreciate being able to get the sign-up process done quickly and get back to their busy lives.
Rhodes State is among many colleges statewide switching over to the semester system beginning this fall.
Fall classes begin August 22nd.
