Bar Stool Open brings lots of business to Grand Lake eatery's

The 14th annual Bar Stool Open brings in big crowds to businesses around Grand Lake St. Marys.

Each bar or restaurant taking part in the event set up a putt-putt hole. Participants go from bar to bar playing each hole.

The event is a fun way to bring everyone together around the water with money raised going towards improving the lake.

Last year around 130 teams took part in the Bar Stool Open, but this years numbers were down because of mother nature.

As the Lake Improvement Association wraps up one of its biggest fundraiser's of the year members are already getting ready for their next fundraiser, a golf outing on September 15.
