April 19th is a day Marc Crowder will never forget.
He was doing what he does on a regular basis, working out at the Lima family Y-M-C-A.
Less than a minute after a run on the track, Crowder collapsed.
Tuesday to honor the Y-M staff and a nurse who was working out nearby, Crowder presented a plaque to the 'Y' as a small token of his gratitude for saving his life.
Medical personnel determined Crowder had suffered "sudden cardiac arrest".
Crowder says because of the help he received, he has no heart or brain damage, and he's back to his regular workout.
How fortunate was Crowder? He says doctors told him 98 percent of people who suffer "sudden cardiac arrest", don't survive.
