Wetland development coming to Indian Lake

The Ohio Public Works Commission Clean Ohio Fund has awarded Russells Point a big grant to help develop a piece of land near the Great Miami River.

The five hundred thousand dollar grant will be used for the Indian Lake Great Miami River Open Space Project.

A wetland will be created on eight acres of land and a prairie will be established on 20 acres.

Bids for the Open Space Project should happen in January with construction starting by March of next year.
