St. Marys -
After a slow start to the camping season, Grand Lake St. Marys State Park is now offering discounted rates to bring more people to the lake. Campsite and shelter house rental rates have been cut 50 percent, and getaway cabins are now 25 percent cheaper.
With a two week stretch of temperatures above 90 degrees this Summer, Park Manager Brian Miller is hoping to make up for lost ground and show people what Grand Lake has to offer.
Discounted rates on camping will continue through October 31st, but will exclude Labor Day Weekend and Halloween Campout Weekend of October 4th-6th.
