Allen County -
Labor Day holiday travel is expected to go up this year.
AAA estimates 33 million Americans, including 1.3 million Ohioans will travel at least 50 miles from home between now and Monday.
Lieutenant Brant Zemelka with the Ohio State Highway Patrol says Labor Day weekend is always a busy holiday because it's the last one of the summer.
He says more troopers will be out than usual patrolling the roads, looking for common traffic violations that people tend to make. Lieutenant Zemelka says aggressive driving and speeding are common throughout the holiday.
He urges people to take their time on the roads since they'll be more traffic than usual.
