A plea deal today (Wednesday) for a Lima man facing a long list of charges involving minors.
The deal for 39 year Peter Jones saw him plead guilty to one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and three counts of use of a minor in nudity-oriented material. Four other counts were dropped before a conviction was entered. The state is recommending a total sentence of four years behind bars. Among the allegations, investigators say Jones tried to lure children into his Jeep. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and Jones will be sentenced October 15th.
He is already serving a year on two misdemeanor counts of child enticement and one count of public indecency.
