Judge Matt Staley of Domestic Court has yet to file an order asking for money to pay his employees. He was asked to file a court order for the money from the Allen County Commissioners Office. Judge Staley is asking for about $9,000 dollars to pay his 3 staff members. The county commissioner had to make cuts across the board in all departments, for this budget year, and Judge Staley knew he was going to be short. When the court order comes in, the commissioners are going to have to find the money. Sam Bassitt says they will do what they can to make the budget work. The Allen County Commissioners Office will not process the money until it is court ordered by Judge Staley.
