Lima Ohio -
Fire investigators now believe an early morning fire was intentionally set.
The fire broke out around 3:30 Monday morning at 623 South West Street in Lima. Fire officials say it started in the back of the house while people were inside. Everyone was able to safely escape. However, the damage is estimated at $25,000.
Investigators say since people were in the home when the fire was set, potential charges could be more serious-- including aggravated arson.
