The Museum of Postal History has honored a Delphos man for his many years of helping the museum.
Dr. Walter Wolery, who is now 87 years old, donated a number of stamps to the museum throughout the years including one signed by Buzz Aldrin, the second man to set foot on the moon.
He's donated hundreds of thousands of stamps to the museum, most of which have not yet been put on display.
He estimates he's collected about two million stamps since he started as a child.
A granite paver designed in the form of an addressed envelope to Dr. Wolery has been placed in the entryway of the museum to honor his contributions to the organization and the world of stamp collecting.
