St. Mary's, Ohio -
St. Marys council meeting Monday night to discuss energy. The city has been battling various power outages throughout the year, and it's starting to affect area businesses. To help solve the problem, Safety Service Director Jason Little brought in a proposal from Spectrum Engineering to perform an electrical study on the city's current electrical system.
Little fully supports the proposal and suggests that council move forward with the study that would make St. Marys system stronger for years to come.
While there isn't a set price on how much the proposal would cost, Little said it would be pricey, but he believes solving St. Marys power outage problems will be worth it in the long run.
