Its the wave of the future. This year's Shanwee Yearbook will be more than flipping through pages, it will have QR Codes making the yearbook more interactive.
This means from now on students will be able to access over 2,500 extra pictures and videos for students. The 28 QR codes also mean content that may be cut from the year book will make it on the web. The less pages that go to the printer, the more money saved. And with national honors received by the Walsworth Publishing Gallery of Excellence, students are having an easier time gaining advertisements for the book and collecting more money.
It has certainly come a long way from what yearbooks used to be.
