Union offers to end strike at Husky Refinery - Hometownstations.com-WLIO- Lima, OH News Weather Sports

According to United Steelworkers Local 624 President Mike Edelbrock, late Thursday afternoon the union sent a letter to Husky Energy offering to return to work unconditionally while the two sides continue to bargain for a new contract.

The union has already pulled it's pickets at the Husky Refinery.

It's now up to Husky Energy to decide whether to accept the striking union members.

Husky Energy placed an in Thursday's edition of the Lima News, looking for permanent replacement workers.
